How can I obtain a report? What are the fees? Madisonville Police Department Records will provide reports during regular business hours and payment accepted is only Money Orders or Cash (No Checks). If the collision or incident happened within the last 7 days, Email us to make sure the report is ready before you come by. Report Fees are as follows:
- Accident Reports $3.00 Per Report
- Finger Prints $5.00 Per Card
- CD (Electronic Media) $3.00 per CD
- Open Records $0.10 Per Page ($0.15 Double Sided)
