Engineering
The mission of the City of Madisonville Engineering Department is to serve the public by providing, implementing, and executing technical solutions to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens. The Engineering Department helps to foster quality project design and construction by providing professional engineering services and advice to the general public, City administration, and to all City departments. The services and advice are related to design, inspection, subdivision plan review, utilities, grading, drainage, construction, and contract administration of public works improvements. The collected data from such efforts are continually incorporated into the City's Geographic Information System to allow continued improvement of long-range comprehensive planning.
